Bridget is a consultant to teams, organisations and individuals on the human dimensions of change and transformation.
For the last 20 years she has worked with a range of international corporations  in Europe and the USA on the issues of cultural and organisational change arising from entry into new markets, acquisitions and mergers, accelerating technologies, new world views or simply rising competitive heat.

She is in demand as an executive coach with senior leaders and their teams who are taking on new and stretching roles. Her focus is on behaviour and performance change, resolving conflicting needs, views and ideologies in order to help people build productive futures together.
Bridget founded The Turning Point in London  with Richard Elsner and has been involved in developing practical and effective approaches to enable leaders to make successful transitions across borders, sectors and organisations.  Bridget co-authored Lost in Transition (Cyan 2006), the result of several years of field research into what it takes to lead effectively through the turbulence of role change.

Bridget is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and teaches leaders about transitions in business schools in Europe and the USA.   She trained as a psychotherapist and uses this understanding of human behaviour to inform her work.  She is a founding member of the UK accrediting body of executive coaches: the Association of Professional and Executive Coaches and Supervisors.
